ABOUT US
Specialized Care for Adults
At Encinitas Mental Health, we specialize in providing an innovative and holistic Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for people wanting to optimize their mental health and empower themselves with access to their innate Neurodiversity Gifts. Our mission is to offer insurance-billable outpatient mental health treatment that combines evidence-based therapy with the Neurodiversity Gifts curriculum, creating a safe and nurturing space for people to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors to achieve a balanced and fulfilling life.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Our PHP provides intensive treatment 5-6 hours daily, Monday through Friday. Designed for neurodivergent adults who need structured support while living at home. Combines evidence-based therapy (DBT and similar approaches) with our Neurodiversity Gifts curriculum. Fully insurance-billable.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our IOP offers focused treatment 3-4 hours daily, 3-5 days per week. Ideal for those stepping down from PHP or needing more support than weekly therapy. Flexible scheduling to accommodate work and family. Insurance-accepted.
Neurodiversity Gifts Curriculum
Our proprietary 12-week program helps neurodivergent adults reframe challenges as potential strengths. Integrated into both PHP and IOP services. Combines psychoeducation, skills practice, and peer support in a group format.
Group Therapy
Therapeutic group sessions led by experienced facilitators. Topics include emotional regulation, social skills, executive functioning, and wellness. Included in PHP/IOP programs.

Encinitas Mental Health is managed by Inspired Way Mental Health LLC, with operational oversight by Colin Parker and program development by Josh Roberts, creator of the Neurodiversity Gifts curriculum. Our Clinical Director position and licensed clinical staff will be announced upon program launch.
