Our Approach

At Encinitas Mental Health, we are dedicated to providing compassionate and effective mental health treatment. Our team is here to support neurodivergent adults in San Diego County through our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) services. We believe in combining evidence-based therapy with the Neurodiversity Gifts curriculum to empower individuals towards holistic wellness.
